Don’t Hold Back - Straight Teeth are Within Your Reach with Invisalign

The clearly beautiful way to straighten your teeth

Getting your teeth straightened isn’t something just for teenagers anymore. Many adults just like you who have felt uncomfortable with their smiles now have straight, healthy teeth. You can, too!  If you weren’t able to get your teeth straightened when you were younger, now is the time to find out more about Invisalign–the clear alternative to metal braces and wires.

Treatment with Invisalign is quick and easy. With Invisalign, you don’t wear metal braces. Instead, your teeth are straightened by wearing a series of clear plastic aligners. The aligners are so inconspicuous that most people won’t be able to tell you’re wearing them. You’ll wear each set of clear aligners for about two weeks at a time, while your teeth move little by little toward the smile you’ve always wanted.  The aligners are worn all the time, except when you’re eating, drinking anything but water, brushing, and flossing.  Because the aligners are removable, you can eat all your favorite foods.

We can’t tell you exactly how long your treatment will take.  But, on average, Invisalign treatment takes about one year.  The cost of treatment is similar in cost to traditional braces. In addition, if you have orthodontic coverage, Invisalign is often covered to the same extent as traditional braces. Dr. Anderson also offers a variety of affordable payment plans. Our office will be happy to work with you on all of the insurance and financial details.

Be one of the manypatients Dr. Anderson has treated who are enjoying their new smiles.  Call Dr. Anderson's office today at (360) 577-1153 for a free consultation. Don’t hold back–straight teeth are now within your reach!

Invisalign can be your path to clearly beautiful pearly whites

Getting your teeth straightened isn’t just for teenagers anymore. Like many adults, you have probably wanted to straighten your teeth. Our teeth tend to get slightly crooked over time, especially if we wore braces as kids but stopped wearing our retainer at some point. Straightening your teeth as an adult may seem to be an impossible dream, and you’ve got a long list of reasons why you can’t do it. “I don’t want metal braces at my age,” or “It’ll be too much trouble,” or “It’ll take too long,” and—everyone’s old favorite—“It’ll be too expensive.”

Dr. Anderson addresses your concerns here:

1.    “I don’t want metal braces at my age.” With Invisalign, you don’t wear metal braces. Instead, your teeth are straightened by wearing a series of virtually invisible plastic aligners. Almost no one can tell you’ve got the aligners on (unless you tell them).

2.    “It’ll be too much trouble.”Treatment with Invisalign is easy. You’ll receive a series of clear aligners, which you’ll wear for about two weeks at a time. You wear them all the time, except when you’re eating, drinking anything but water, brushing, and flossing.

3.    “It’ll take too long.” We can’t tell you exactly how long treatment will take. But Invisalign treatment takes, on average, about one year.

4.    “It’ll be too expensive.”Invisalign treatment is often similar in cost to traditional braces.

Call the office today at (360) 577-1153 for a free consultation—don’t wait another day to give yourself the gift of straight, healthy, beautiful teeth!

You’re Never Too Old for Invisalign

It’s the clearly beautiful way to straighten your teeth—at any age

Like many adults, you might feel that your teeth aren’t as straight and healthy-looking as you wish they were. You may have worn braces as a teenager, but because you stopped wearing your retainer at some point, your teeth have relapsed over time. So now they’re a little crooked—doctors call this “malocclusion.” It’s a very common problem among adults.

You’ve probably seen ads for Invisalign aligners—the clear way to straighten teeth and create a healthy smile. It’s safe, easy, and relatively quick—the average treatment lasts about one year. And, because the aligners are virtually clear, almost no one can tell you’re in treatment unless you tell them. By using a series of clear, removable aligners, Invisalign straightens your teeth right before your eyes. Change the aligners about every two weeks and your teeth will move, little by little, toward the smile you’ve always wanted–one that everyone can see!

Invisalign aligners are comfortable to wear, and don’t require you to change your busy lifestyle. You will visit our office every month or two to check your progress and get a new set of aligners. Because the aligners are removable, you can continue to eat your favorite foods while brushing and flossing normally to keep your teeth and gums healthy.

Be one of the more than manypatients Dr. Anderson has treated who now have straight, healthy teeth.  Talk to Dr. Anderson about Invisalign today. If she feels Invisalign can help give you a healthier smile, your dental insurance may cover it. We also offer a variety of financing plans to make investing in your smile easy to do. Our office will be happy to work with you on all of the insurance and financial details.

Call us today at (360) 577-1153 for a free consultation.  With Invisalign, there’s no reason to put straight, healthy, youthful teeth off another day.

Oral Hygiene for Teens

12/11/2010

Back in 2007, the American Dental Hygienist’s Association (ADHA) announced the importance of dental hygiene in adolescents. We’d like to bring it back up today because its importance is still relevant! Teenagers have a number of contributing factors to their oral health. Smoking, piercings, hormones, eating disorders, and even mouth guards are just a few factors that cause teenagers to experience more cavities than any other age group. We found this article at medicalnewstoday.com and thought that it offered some great insights on the topic.

Can any of you relate? Do the teenagers in your life struggle with oral hygiene? Let us know!

Happy brushing!
